My Face Final

Final Blog Post

This is my final blog post of year 13. Year 13 has been different to year 12 in many ways. Obviously the workload was a lot harder, but instead of having to make one product we had to make three. Our blogs also had to be lot more in depth with written analysis and also different ways of presenting our findings and our work. We used lots of different technologies from year 12, like emaze and Powtoon to present our work. We also learnt how to make gif's to show little clips of footage or to show some pictures in a slideshow effect.

I think my blog is well presented with colours which makes text easy to read and with labels and a blog archive on the right hand side it makes it easy to look for individual posts or look for a group of posts.

If I was given the chance to start again I would make a few changes from what we have done this time around. I would have liked to use the go pro more. Maybe we could have used more perspective shots and we could have come up with a few more unique ideas so that we could incorporate go pro shots. I would also liked to have used a bit more performance in the music video. I don't think that we used enough lip syncing in the video.

Overall I think that our media work was really good. I liked our ideas about the colourful paint and filming the video was a lot of fun. I also really enjoyed creating our digipak and website and then bringing our artist James Couleur to life.
